What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for all unworn items in original packaging. Return shipping is free for all domestic orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, AXN FITNESS ships worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team via the care form.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Funds will return to your original payment method.

How do I join the AXN Movement rewards program?
Membership is automatic once you create an account on AXN FITNESS. You'll start earning points on every purchase immediately.
What are the benefits of the Elite Tier?
Elite members receive early access to seasonal drops, free express shipping on all orders, and exclusive invitations to community events.
How can I redeem my earned points?
Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts on your order. For every 500 points, you receive a $5 credit toward your purchase.
Do my membership rewards ever expire?
Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months. Tier status is evaluated on a calendar year basis.
Can I share my membership benefits with others?
Membership benefits and points are non-transferable and are tied to your unique athlete profile and email address.
